Each Ariane Delarue creation is artfully crafted by myself in my own atelier near Barcelona. Occasionally I work with local factories of expert craftswomen (all based around Barcelona) for small quantity productions.

I endeavor to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and I cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

As some of my products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, I constantly update the site with the latest product availability.

Although I cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, I am here assist you if you are looking for a particular product and cannot find it on our site. Just contact me directly at contact@arianedelarue.com

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. Do not hesitate to check your junk mail. Your order is then prepared within 48 to 72 hours in normal period (business days). Please note that made to order products may take up to 3 weeks before shipping (this time is usually shorter). This is due to the fact that I don't always have the fabrics in stock and need to purchase it form my European suppliers before cutting , sewing and at last wrapping your order.

All Orders are shipped from Spain (where I live). Shipping are free worldwide from 300 euros. Otherwise shipping cost depends on your location:

- Spain : 8€

- Rest of EU (France included): 15€

- Switzerland: 25€

- UK: 20€

- Rest of the World : 50€

I am working with DHL Parcel so it usually takes 3 to 5 days for your order to reach you if you are based in Europe. For the rest of the World it can take slightly longer (8 to 10 days).

All of your orders are shipped to you in a beautiful gift box with an extra silk paper wrapping and card.

You can return or exchange any product except lingerie bottoms (for sanitary reasons) within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order.

The item that you wish to return or exchange must be new and unused. I will accept the return or exchange of the product only if it is returned in its original perfect condition and that it has all the Ariane Delarue labels intact and attached.

Please, email me at contact@arianedelarue.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. No return or exchange will be accepted without authorization. You are responsible for any return or exchange shipping cost and any duty. Returns must be shipped back to the indicated address on your return authorization within 14 days.

Sale items sold during the sale period is not eligible for return and refund.
